Stuffed Pepper Pizza

Stuffed Pepper Pizza
DELICIOUS. My husband and I went to Steelbound for the first time last evening. We shared wings and a pizza, all of which were delicious. And the beer- phenomenal. What a wonderful atmosphere and yummy food and drink in Ellicottville. We will most certainly be back!
Beer Braised Beef Short Rib Stroganoff

Beer Can Chicken
Cooked to perfection, nice portion size, included salted potatoes and broccoli which rounded out the dinner. Overall a great meal !!!

Bacon Tomato Jam Burger
First time going to Steelbound and won't be our last! Went for lunch today. Our waitress was really nice! We started with cheese curds and pretzels...delicious! I had the Bacon Tomato Jam Burger, wow, Awesome flavor! My husband had the beer braised sausage, he absolutely loved it! We are very impressed! Will be going back Very soon!

OMG!!!! So good one of the best burgers ive ever had ...also had the cheese curds and the blueberry vodka...service was fantastic ...great experience..we will be back in November with friends for my birthday cant wait...
Soft pretzels with Steelbound beer cheese
The pretzels were warm and the cheese sauce was perfect! Would order again!

What a great spot, the foods great (love their pizza and their wings), the beer is great and so is the atmosphere!
Flight of 6
This is a must do stop on our way to or through Ellicottville. There is literally at least 1 beer on their menu that will appeal to everyone. Blue Balls is my favorite. Food is also excellent. Haven't had a dish we didn't like. The pizzas are definitely my go to though. Interior is gorgeous and spacious, and the patio out from is great in nice weather. Beer/food lovers will not go wrong stopping here.
Margarita
Had a special flight of cocktails. Included a blueball lemonade, mojito, margarita. They were delicious and very pretty and simple presentation. Service was quick and friendly
Steakhouse Sandwich
Also had pretzels with beer cheese, carmelized onion dip. ALL were AMAZING!!!! Love this place cant wait for Springville location to open. Never disapointd by the food,atmosphere,or help.
Beef On Weck
This place is a must visit on your next trip to Ellicottville. Great beer selection and the best Beef On Weck in town. While the beef is tender and very tasty the best part is the weck. It has a subtle sweet hint which provides a great sweet, salty, savory flavor. Pair it with a Chapter One. You won't be disappointed.

Fried Cheese Curds
Great place, with a cool vibe. The fried cheese curds to open our meal were absolutely wonderful. The beer flight was one of the best I've ever had and the infusion of their beers into their cooking is spot on.
Steakhouse Sandwich
OK...EVL is always a destination when we're on the motorcycle. Came down in the spring and fell in love with the place. So much so that I'm our way back from NC, we knew this was our stop for dinner that night. You guys did not disappoint! The special was Surf and Turf...best steak my husband has EVER had and the scallops were perfection (I stole them off his plate 😋). My steak sandwich was so good the first time we were there that I had to order it again. Delicious! My husbands a beer drinker...I am not. So imagine my glee when I found out you offered a flight of cocktails!!! We don't even go into town anymore...it's straight to Steelbound!!! Keep doin' what you're doin' 😘
Beer Can Chicken
Was cooked to prefection! The crab cakes were amazing...but this place in a whole is amazing! From appeal to appitite they have it covered 10 fold!
Moscow Mule
We went to the new Springville location for cocktails at the bar. The Moscow Mule was so delicious and the service was great. Wonderful atmosphere!!

Beef On Weck
OMG! One of the best Beef on Weck sandwiches I have ever had! Food came out quick and was super fresh / satisfying. The atmosphere of SteelBound is great and relaxed with a lot of screens to watch sports games. There is also a Great beer selection (for very cheap!) and a fun staff! Can't wait to return soon!
Buttermilk Chicken Tenders
Opening day in Springville and everything was awesome. We had beef on weck pizza, chicken fingers, chicken Alfredo and the turkey avocado sandwich. And it was great. Had a flight and a Bloody Mary which was incredible. Waitress Kim was excellent. So you all soon. Great job.
Fried Cheese Curds
Absolutely a must have with every visit. The dipping sauce is amazing, I order this before I even look at the beer list. That's how good they are!
Hop Pepper
A little hoppy and a little sweet makes a hella tasty pizza! And paired with a Subabrew is perfection!
Steelbound Chili and Whiskey Cornbread
ABSOLUTELY...the BEST CHILI I have ever had, hands down. I thought chili and beer..hmmm maybe not, SO GLAD I CHANGED MY MIND..You'll love it.
Hefelumps Hummus
The Hummus is outstanding!! Homemade freash, filled with such flavor!!! Highly recommend it with your favorite drink of choice!!!!
Pale Man
Stopped in for our first time on 10/11/19. The place is beautiful. We just had some drinks. Actually it was going to be one beer. Then we saw the specialty list on the board and tried a blueberry vodka cocktail. I'm not sure what it was called but something in the name was "Blueballs". The lady bartender was fantastic and made the drink so good and consistent we had 3 each! The Steelbound will be a regular stop for us from now on! Katie and Mike P.

One of the best burger . Cheese curds are insane ... The beer is the best .. I bought a ton of there cans to go have one a day to keep the doctor away .. lol
Sweet and Savory
One of the best flat bread pizza ever. The Blue Balls blueberry wheat is my favorite 🍺 Staff is great very friendly love the atmosphere. All around cool place. Highly recommend you stop and see it for yourself.

OMG! The three little pigs pizza is to die for!! I didn't want to share it!! And the best part is they always have at least three stouts! Nowhere else I go has enough beer I like to make a flight!

This was our favorite find during our trip to Ellicottville. The atmosphere, beer, and customer service were fabulous! We will definitely return on our next trip.
Grilled Romaine Salad
This had great flavor with just enough char to the lettuce. Plenty of blue cheese and bacon and not overdressed.

OMGOODNESS!! Just order two !! ( I had to share) crunchy outside , warm yummie inside !! Definitely tasty
Beef On Weck
Chicken fingers were incredible. Beef on weck was very good. All the IPA'S were awesome. Service was also excellent. Beautiful place to go for lunch or dinner.

My wife and I came up for the weekend for a get away from the weather capital of the world, Punxsutawney PA. Going to stop you right there...we don't agree with the groundhog either, not our fault. Anyway we stopped in for appetizers and drinks. We had a pretzel with the beer cheese, it was amazing. We also had a flight of beer and a flight of their signature cocktails. These guys and girls know what they are doing in both the brewing and distilling. I have been all over Watkins Glenn to breweries and distilleries. I have not tried anything that I did not like at this establishment . As a matter of face I bought 3 bottles of the corn whiskey moonshine great stuff. To make it better it was the Harley Davidson run for Gowanda H.D. In short if you don't stop here you will be doing yourself a disservice.
